WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?

In connection with the use of the website, we collect information about the number of visits to the website.

In connection with the use of the contact form, we collect the following data:

l  your name,

l  e-mail address or telephone number.

Additionally, for the purpose of preparing an offer to buy, sell or rent a property, we ask for:

l  the type and address of the property,

l  information about the property: area, number of floors, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, garage.

The website also collects customer reviews. When adding such feedback, among other things, you may be asked for:

l  your gender.

 PURPOSE OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is needed and processed by us for:

l  contacting a customer who has sent an enquiry via the contact form

l  preparing an offer to buy, sell or rent a property in Warsaw or its surroundings

l  analysing the website and its number of visits

l  pursuing of our so-called legitimate interests, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, which include:

n  creation of compilations, analyses and statistics for our internal purposes, including, in particular, reporting, market research, planning offer development, products, developmental work;

n  ensuring network and information security;

n  improving the service, including by adapting it to the needs arising from transactions, complaints, claims, and requests from Customers.

TO WHOM MAY WE PASS YOUR DATA?

We may pass your data to:

l  the company Google Analytics and Facebook (analytical data on website usage (number of visits))

l  the courier or postman to send you correspondence,

l   website users: people who give us feedback consent for data such as their name and gender to be included on our website and social media. 

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We will keep your personal data for a period of 5 years until we have used the marketing opportunities and data analysis needed for our business or until we revoke your consent to process your personal data.

Cookies

WHAT ARE ‘COOKIES’?

‘Cookies’ are IT data, in particular text files stored on the user’s computer equipment for the use of websites. These cookies allow the website to recognise the user's device and display the website accordingly, adapted to the user's individual preferences. 'Cookies' usually contain the name of the website they come from, the length of time they are stored on the computer equipment and a unique number.

WHAT DO WE USE COOKIES FOR?

'Cookies' are used to adapt the content of websites to user’s preferences and to optimise the use of websites. They are also used to create anonymous, aggregated statistics which help to understand how the user uses the websites in order to improve their structure and content, excluding the personal identification of the user.

WHAT TYPE OF 'COOKIES' DO WE USE?

In principle, two types of 'cookies' are used - 'session' and 'permanent'. The first are temporary files which remain on the user's device until the user logs out of the website or switches off the software (web browser). The 'permanent' files remain on the user's device for the time specified in the parameters of the 'cookies' or until they are manually deleted by the user.

'Cookies' used by partners of the website operator, including in particular website users, are subject to their own privacy policies.

DO COOKIES CONTAIN PERSONAL DATA?

Personal data collected using 'cookies' can only be gathered for the purpose of performing certain functions for the user. Such data is encrypted in such a way that it cannot be accessed by unauthorised persons.

DELETION OF COOKIES

By default, the web browsing software allows 'cookies' to be placed on the computer equipment. These settings can be changed in such a way as to block the automatic handling of 'cookies' in the settings of the web browser or inform about their transmission to the user's device each time. Detailed information on the possibility and methods of handling cookies is available in the settings of the software (web browser).

Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available on our website.

How do we gather reviews?

On 1 January 2023, the Omnibus Directive came into force, which regulates and defines how recommendations and reviews about products and services are published. The Omnibus Directive, or Directive 2019/2161 of the European Parliament and of the Council, clearly states that it is an unfair practice to mislead customers by referring to reviews about a product or service from people who have not actually used them. The directive imposes an information obligation on traders.

We collect recommendations from our customers in paper form. The signed and stamped documents are digitised and made available on the website. Recommendations marked 'Review confirmed by transaction' include a scan of such a document.

Other reviews are added to the website using the form provided. Reviews can also be added in the company's business card on Google.
