Energy Performance Certificates
The energy certificate is a document that provides information on the amount of energy required to use a particular building or premises.
The certificate informs about the calculated amount of energy supplied to the building for the purposes of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, preparation of hot water and, in the case of public buildings, also lighting, converted into primary energy and related to the unit area of our building.
If you want to sell or rent a property, you are required to have an energy certificate.
There are buildings that are exempt from energy certification, such as those subject to monument protection, places of worship and religious activities, buildings in use for less than 2 years, non-residential buildings with low energy usage, residential buildings used for no more than 4 months a year and agricultural buildings.
